Lorin Phillips, ΑΥ Director of Chapter Services Works with collegiate chapters to answer questions on Honor Council, Accreditation and other programs. She oversees Leadership Consultants, Regional Directors, Accreditation Mentors and Accreditation Advisory Committees. Lorin resolves Leadership Consultant visit issues, concerns and travel requests. She assists with questions about most facets of collegiate chapter operations (finances, recruitment, Panhellenic, Chairman and Officer responsibilities, etc.) and policies, conducts Risk Management investigations; produces collegiate chapter resources and a variety of projects to benefit chapter development. Cori Wallace, Delta Gamma Director of Marketing Manages, plans, organizes and coordinates the activities of the Marketing and Communications area. Provides organization-wide consultation and technical direction in areas such as marketing, communications, customer service, public affairs, and community affairs and outreach. Lauren McHugh, Alpha Xi Delta Assistant Director of Colony/New Chapter Development This position is responsible for the success of new colonies and the stability of newly installed chapters. She collaborates the expansion department on recruitment planning and colony marketing, coaches colony members and advisors on skills to meet installation goals, and works to ensure a healthy transition to chapter life and achieving accreditation goals. Kim Guinn, AY Distribution Assistant Ensures members receive the information they need, processes address changes and sends new member welcome packets and new alumnae packets. She coordinates National Officer and Executive Council conference calls, distributes Leadership Consultant visit information, and files reports and academic information. Dianna Jett, AY Collegiate Membership Coordinator Dianna Jett can answer your questions on new member forms (P-109, P-106 and P-107), National test scores (P-115, initiation clearance, initiation numbers, badge order (T-8), member transfer information, depledge information, terminations and membership statistics, chapter roster changes, and Alumnae Initiates (AR-4). Jessica Jett Lafollette Alumnae Membership Coordinator Jessica Jett works to make sure we stay in contact with our alumane by making directory updates and maintaining alumnae chapter rosters. She also maintains the National Officer Roster and processes all AAB and all National Officer appointments. She answers new alumnae chapter inquiries and responds to alumnae procedures questions or inquiries about chapter locations. Jessica runs zip code/address requests, alumnae listings and geographical printouts. She assists with publications such as Golden Glimpses, Alumnae Update and processes all Golden Violets. Tracie Ray Accountant Tracie processes all accounts payable and payroll. She manages the CCF and Loyalty Fund accounts, including withdrawals and loans. Tracie is responsible for all accounting functions, including monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting, annual audits and general questions.
